Effective Date: 4 January 2026 BTNE - A Enlightened Human LLP (and its founders/administrators) are committed to providing each customer with exceptional service and value for the price they pay. We want you to feel comfortable performing transactions and doing business with us. Refund Eligibility Due to the nature of our business — offering digital/virtual products and instant access — refunds are generally limited. However, we offer a 3-day Full Refund Policy on our workshop, calculated from the date of purchase. Memberships, Subscriptions & Upgrades Upgrades and higher-level memberships (including software subscriptions) are based on your experience in the workshop. By this stage, you are aware of the quality of our services. Therefore, refunds are not available on these purchases. Community access and membership programs (e.g., private groups, councils, leadership memberships) are non-refundable. Any refund request after 3-days from purchase of the live workshop will not be entertained. How to Request a Refund If you are not satisfied with the eligible product you purchased, simply contact us at connect@birththenewearth.com within 3-day of purchase.
